Thank you for supporting Jane Marie Soaps! Below are our shipping guidelines to ensure transparency and peace of mind:
🕒 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches), processing may take slightly longer. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is available within the U.S. (we do not ship internationally)
Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.
📬 Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for any transit issues that may arise with the parcel carriers after packages have left our studio. If you have questions or concerns about transit issues, delays, or delivery tracking, please contact the parcel carriers directly with your tracking number and questions.
- Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: janemariesoaps.customerservice@gmail.com
