Due to the sensitivity of our products, which cannot be resold, we currently do not accept returns.

Refunds (only if approved by management)
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order qualifies for replacement, we will promptly ship a replacement item within 5 business days of your claim being approved. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement cannot be provided within this timeframe.
To initiate a claim, please provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
